Jason de Ridder went to drama school in Arnhem. After which he is seen in various theatre, film and television productions.

He played a main part in the massive production ANNE (dir.: Theu Boermans), a play about Anne Frank, and the title role in the youth musical King Arthur (Domenico Mertens).

On television he played the intense role of Simon in the serie Van God Los. Jason was seen in Penoza, A’dam – E.V.A., Flikken Maastricht and Ramses as well. For his role in Petticoat he received a nomination for upcoming talent.

In cinema’s Jason played in Bobby & de geestenjagers, and Fashion Chicks. In 2017 he played the main part of Alban in Unwanted (T’Padashtun). Unwanted was  Kosovo’s entry for best foreign film for the Oscars 2018 (Variety).
